I’m Shari Natovitch, a licensed Ontario wedding officiant ordained under C.I.M.M., specializing in warm, inclusive, spiritual ceremonies. I proudly officiate traditional, non-traditional, and LGBTQ+ weddings, offering calm guidance, legal expertise, and a ceremony experience that feels joyful and authentic.

Our Services
Traditional Wedding Ceremony – starting at $500
A fully customized wedding ceremony, approximately 20–30 minutes in length. This includes video, phone and email support. You will receive a personalized spiritual ceremony with all legal requirements included, guidance on meaningful additions, and complete handling of all paperwork. You will be sent a ceremony draft that we refine together so it feels authentic and truly yours. Pricing may vary based on location, time of year, and day of the week.
Optional Walk-Through Meeting – $80
A private, in-person meeting held a few days before your wedding at my home-office in Thornhill. During this session, we review the full ceremony and walk through each element, so you feel confident and prepared. This meeting is just the three of us (not a full rehearsal with family), and it offers peace of mind so you can enter your rehearsal ready to confidently guide your wedding party and loved ones.
Basic Elopement & Elopement Plus – starting at $220
A simple, short, legally binding yet still romantic and spiritual ceremony. The focus is on completing the required paperwork, with the option to include a ring and vow exchange. These elopement ceremonies take place with you, your two witnesses (and a few additional guests, if desired), either at my Thornhill location or at a place of your choosing.
Ceremini – starting at $400
An intimate, small-scale wedding ceremony for couples with fewer than 20 guests. This option includes a thoughtfully written, fixed ceremony that cannot be customized, with all legal requirements included. It’s a simple and meaningful choice for couples who want a beautiful ceremony experience without personalization or extensive planning. Pricing may vary based on location, time of year, and day of the week.
Friend Officiating – price varies
If a close friend or family member would like to officiate your wedding, I provide professional guidance and support to help them feel confident and prepared. This option includes assistance with ceremony structure, legal requirements, and delivery, ensuring your ceremony flows smoothly and meets all legal standards.
